You can contact us by email at blackburnhatraymond@gmail.com, facebook or instagram to make an appointment at our workshop located in the Hochelaga Maisonneuve district in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. We are at the workshop from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:30. We reserve the right to change the schedule at any time without notice. We are flexible to make an appointment, please take a look to our schedule.
Products
All our products are created and designed in Montreal. The hats are made by hand according to your order, so it is essential to make sure you take your measurements using a tape measure according to the methods indicated in the product sheets. We will not accept returns or exchanges for a product that is not good enough according to what you have written in the space reserved for this purpose. If, however, you notice that you have made a mistaken your head measurement, please notify us as soon as possible by email at blackburnhatraymond@gmail.com. Please indicate your name, the date and your order number. If the package as been sent, we will always be able to make adjustments later, by appointment at the workshop and at your expense. Since our hats are made one by one and handmade, not all products are identical and may have some variations, we are talking here about the inequalities of handmade manufacturing.
Delivery
All our hats and leather accessories are made by hand. Please allow2 to 3 weeks for manufacturing time and delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. Domestic orders will be shipped via Canada Post. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your order after receiving follow-up. If you have any questions about the usual delivery times to your address, please email blackburnhatraymond@gmail.com for more information.
All deliveries are made with Canada Post.

US: 10 to 16 working days
International: For international shipping, please write us an email with your wish order/hat size and your complete address.
Note that packages sent to the US and internationally do not always include a tracking number. If you want one, write to us. In addition, be advised that the price of the delivery may be subject to change depending on your country.
INTERNATIONAL:
All customs fees, taxes, import fees, etc. that can be loaded when receiving the parcel are controlled by the tax regulations of your country. BlackburnetRaymond is not responsible for these charges as we can not predict them. For additional information please contact your local customs agency. ABOUT THE SHIPPING:
We send the package in a box to this effect and we take good care to make adequate packaging for your product arrives in excellent condition. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by Canada Post. If you say you have not received the item in question, no refund will be issued until a mail stolen report is filed with your post office and sent to us. If the item is reported lost in the post system, we will either make a refund or a new item to replace it.
For people from Montreal and the surrounding area who wish to pick up their order at the workshop, use the promo code PICKUP to save shipping costs. We will contact you when your hat will be ready to take an appointment to pickup your order. You are responsible for recovering your order.
Returns and exchanges
As all our hats are handmade to match your head measurements, we do not offer any exchanges or refunds. In order to properly choose and have all the details on the item you want to buy, please take a look of this page, and write to us at blackburnetraymond@gmail.com so that we can answer your questions. You can cancel an order within 24 hours after purchase. You must email us at blackburnetraymond@gmail.com stating your name, the date of your purchase and the order number. Once you have received your hat, you will be able to make adjustments or modifications to our workshop in Montreal, by appointment and in person. Ask for the terms and fees that apply.
Payments
Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online ecommerce platform that allows us to sell you our products and services. Stripe process your payment information securely. Payments are made via Stripe and we accept Visa and Mastercard. Your purchases will be forwarded or your order will be started as soon as the shop receives the payment. In the workshop, we accept cash, E-transfer. Credit card payments are sent through a Square device.
