Since all of our hats are made one by one for each order, it is IMPORTANT to take your head measurement before making your purchase. Please refer to our returns policy. If you fall between two sizes, for example: 57.5 cm, please choose the size 58 cm. With every hat purchase we send a self-adhesive adjustement band. If needed, this band sits between the inner ribbon and the hat to create a perfect fit.

HOW TO TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENT 📏

Find a string or cloth measuring tape. The goal is to measure where you would usually have a hat sit. Looking in a mirror, start at the center of your forehead an inch above your eyebrows. Gently wrap the string or cloth tape around your head, a finger width distance above your ears, to the most prominent point in the back of your head. Meet at the starting location in the center of your forehead. Mark the point. If you are using a string, measure the start and end point in centimeters for more accurate measurements. We recommend measuring three times and in the two ways shown below; angle and straight for accuracy.

All our hats and leather accessories are made by hand. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for manufacturing time and delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.

For people from Montreal and the surrounding area who wish to pick up their order at the workshop, use the promo code PICKUP to save shipping costs. We will contact you when your hat will be ready to take an appointment to pickup your order. You are responsible for recovering your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

As all our hats are handmade to match your head measurements, we do not offer any exchanges or any refunds.
